About CyConnect : Board of Directors
CyConnect International Board of Directors meet monthly for teleconferences and yearly at the
BlueCielo International User Conference in June. The Board of Directors work to develop training and
support for BlueCielo product users. They are dedicated to being the voice of the users.
Mission Statement: CyConnect International is committed to creating a collaborative,
friendly and supportive environment, in which users of BlueCielo products can meet to share their
professional experiences and ideas. This organization promotes worldwide networking among users across
various professional fields by providing a central location for sharing best practices,
troubleshooting techniques, and other information and expertise. CyConnect will act as a focal
point of communication between the user community and BlueCielo, where users can express their
wishes and thoughts with regard to document management software.

Biography: I graduated from Drexel University in Philadelphia with a BS in Mechanical
Engineering, and now attend Illinois Institute of Technology, in Chicago, pursuing an MS in
Technical Communications and Information Design. I have 16 years experience writing/editing
documentation and engineering design, as well as 7 of those years working in Information
Technology. For fun I study languages (fluent in English and ASL, basic competency in Spanish,
Italian, and Mandarin Chinese), draw, write, and play guitar.

management for the past 12 years. I bring over 20 years of CAD management, administration, and
programming to my current position of Transmission Specialist handling document management,
support, administration, programming, development, disaster recovery, and document retention
interface for the Transmission business engineering documents, utilizing AutoManager Meridian.

Biography: I am presently in charge of all drawings and documentation for our plants in NRG’s South Central Region. I have been working with and supporting BlueCielo products since 1997 starting with AutoManager Workflow and presently using AutoManager TeamWork. I am the Administrator for Teamwork. In addition to the administration responsibilities I also train new users, provide support for Teamwork and AutoCAD. We are presently looking to upgrade to Meridian with the Maximo interface. I enjoy Theology and am presently working towards a degree. I also like to draw, play guitar and my two grandchildren keep me on my toes.

Biography: A 27 year employee of Michelin North America (Canada) Inc., I have been
supporting BlueCielo products since December 2002. Initially supporting AutoManager WorkFlow 4.6 for
the Engineering and Maintenance Departments. Workflow 4.6 was an end of life product, I devised
a plan to migrate to AutoManager Teamwork, as part of the implementation plan multiple data
environments of AMWF 4.6 data were migrated to AMTW. I am an Administrator of the Windows 2003
platform AMTW currently resides on. In addition to the administration responsibilities, I trains
new users, provides support and creates and maintains user documentation to augment those tasks.
